Terms & conditions
​Before you make a booking, please read these terms & conditions. They apply to all bookings made directly with the company Rüttimann AB with company number 559233-5490. When you proceed to book you have accepted the terms & conditions.
Rüttimann AB will hereafter be referred to as we.
Booking
We will confirm the booking via email. You should carefully check the details of your confirmation and contact us if anything is incorrect or incomplete. We are not responsible for inaccurate information that you have supplied.
The booking confirmation is a contract between Rüttimann AB and the person who makes the booking.
Payment
a) Day tours
We will send you an invoice by email. With your payment you reserve the spot. Short term bookings can be paid cash on the spot.
b) Package trips
We will send you a booking confirmation by email which is also your invoice. A deposit of 20% of the whole amount is to be paid. The rest amount of 80% is to be paid latest 30 days before departure. For bookings which are made less than 30 days prior to departure the whole amount is to be paid immediately.
If the full travel price is not paid, we can refuse to provide the contractual travel services. We are entitled to refuse the travel service by withdrawing from the contract
Cancellation
5.1. A cancellation can be made by sending an email to info@winterdog.se and needs to be confirmed by us in order to be valid.
a) Day tours
Cancellations made between the time of booking and 61 days before the activity will not be charged.
Cancellations made less than 61 days before the activity will be charged with 25% of the amount.
Cancellations made less than 14 days before the activity will be charged with 100% of the amount.
We reserve the right to adjust the tour based on weather, trail conditions, temperature, guest comfort or other security reasons.
We reserve the right to cancel tours due to weather, trail conditions or other unforeseen events. In that case you will be fully refunded.
We cannot be held liable for any expenses, costs or losses incurred by you as a result of any change or cancellation made by us.
b) Package trips
Cancellations made between the time of booking and 90 days: 20 %
Cancellations made between 89 - 60 days prior to arrival: 40 %
Cancellations made between 59 - 30 days prior to arrival: 60 %
Cancellations made between 29 - 1 days prior to arrival: 80 %
Cancellations made on arrival day or no-show: 100 %
Rüttimann AB is officially certified as a travel package tour agency by the Swedish Chamber of Commerce.
Liability and risk
Most of the activities take place in a remote area with long distances between towns. There may exist risks and hazards in this environment and you should not underestimate the weather and not overestimate your physical fitness. Our guides are experienced in travelling in this region. For everyone’s safety it is crucial that you always listen to the guide and follow the instructions.
In all activities that we offer, you participate at your own risk. We do not take responsibility for any loss, damage, accident, injury, sickness or any other event beyond our control. You are responsible for the equipment you use during our activities and if you loose, damage or break something because of careless behaviour or not following instructions, you'll be charged with the cost of repairing/replacing it.
We recommend to have a cancellation insurance, liability insurance and health insurance.
Privacy
Your personal data will be used only for the purpose of handling the reservation and will not be shared further by us.
